Nach den EPs „Romantik I“ (2022) und „Romantik II“ (2023) wird das mit großer Spannung erwartete Debütalbum von BERGFRIED, „Romantik III“, am 24. Oktober 2025 über High Roller Records in allen Formaten veröffentlicht.

Das österreichisch-ungarische Heavy-Metal-Duo besteht aus Erech von Lothringen, der alle Instrumente spielt, und der Sängerin Anna de Savoy.

Erech von Lothringen sagt: „‚Romantik III‘ ist der letzte Teil dieser Trilogie. Konzeptionell ist es die Fortsetzung von ‚Romantik II‘, aber musikalisch ist das Ganze etwas kompakter und auch klarer geworden. Es gibt klassische Heavy-Metal-Songs auf dem Album, aber wie bei ‚Romantik II‘ gibt es auch ein paar musicalartige Passagen dazwischen.“

„Romantik III“ präsentiert Gastauftritte von Maria Nesh von Red Eye Temple, Sarah Kitteringham von Smoulder und Davide Moras von Elvenking. Die Drums stammen von Fabio Alessandrini (Annihilator, Enforcer, Bonfire). Gemischt und gemastert von Olof Wikstrand im Hvergelmer Studio & Music Production. Following the EPs „Romantik I“ (2022) and „Romantik II“ (2023), BERGFRIED’s highly anticipated debut full-length „Romantik III“ will be released on 24th October 2025 via High Roller Records on all formats.

The Austrian-Hungarian heavy metal duo consists of Erech von Lothringen, who is handling all the instruments, and vocalist Anna de Savoy.

Erech von Lothringen states: „‚Romantik III‘ is the last part of this trilogy. Conceptually it is the continuation of ‚Romantik II‘ but musically, the whole thing has become a bit more compact and also clearer. There are classic heavy metal songs on the album, but, as on ‚Romantik II‘, there are also a few musical-like passages in between.“
