Die LEGION tötet wieder! Die niederländischen Thrash-Veteranen Legion of the Damned sind erneut eine Allianz mit den verschlingenden Tiefen des Black und Death Metal eingegangen und entfesselten am 26. Mai 2023 über Napalm Records ein weiteres wütendes Biest, The Poison Chalice. Das zerfetzende Monster liefert das köstlichste pechschwarze Gebräu und foltert dunkle Seelen in dämonische Unterwelten!

1990 als Occult gegründet, wurde die Thrash-Maschine um die Gründungsmitglieder Maurice Swinkels und Erik Fleuren 2005 als Legion of the Damned wiedergeboren. Auf “The Poison Chalice” vereint sich die Band mit Fabian Verweij als zweitem Gitarristen neben Twan van Geel und feiert zusammen mit Bassist Harold Gielen zum ersten Mal auf einem Studioalbum als Fünfer.
