Deal mit High Roller Records – Debütalbum erscheint im März 2025
Vigilhunter ist ein italienisches Projekt, das von Sänger und Gitarrist Alexx Panza gegründet wurde und sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, US-Heavy Metal der späten 80er Jahre mit einem prog-artigen Touch zu kreieren.
Mit Hilfe des Bassisten Mirko Negrino, der eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Umsetzung der Songs und der Vision spielte, wurde das Line-Up durch Marcello „Cell“ Leocani am Schlagzeug und Mattia Itala an der Lead- und Rhythmusgitarre vervollständigt.
Das selbstbetitelte Debütalbum der Band, vollgepackt mit schreienden Gitarrenriffs, hohen Vocals und einem kraftvollen und dennoch dynamischen Ansatz beim Songwriting, wurde im Sommer 2024 aufgenommen und wird am 28. März 2025 von High Roller Records veröffentlicht.
Die Platte besteht aus 8 Tracks, die darauf abzielen, die verlorene Kunst des US Heavy Metal wiederzubeleben, den viele Old-School-Metal-Fans aufgrund ihrer unzähmbaren Kraft und Klasse immer noch als den Höhepunkt des Genres betrachten.

VIGILHUNTER is an Italian project founded by vocalist / guitarist Alexx Panza, aiming to create late 80s US Heavy Metal with a prog-ish touch.
With the help of bassist Mirko Negrino, who played a key role in bringing the songs and vision to life, the line-up was completed by Marcello “Cell” Leocani on drums and Mattia Itala on lead and rhythm guitar.
The band’s self-titled debut album, packed with screaming guitar riffs, high-pitched vocals, and a powerful yet dynamic approach to songwriting, was recorded during the summer of 2024 and will be released on March 28th 2025 by High Roller Records.
The record consists of 8 tracks, aiming to revive the lost art of US Heavy Metal, which many old-school metal fans still regard as the pinnacle of the genre for its untamable power and class.
