Tigerleech sind neu bei Octopus Rising
Die Pariser Stoner-Band Tigerleech gibt bekannt, dass sie bei Octopus Rising (Argonauta Records) unterschrieben haben.
Tigerleech wurden 2013 gegründet und oszillieren zwischen Stoner-, Hardcore- und Sludge-Style. Die Band produziert kraftvolle, brutale und kompromisslose Musik. Ein großer, fetter, aufgeladener Sound.
Nach 2 EPs (2014, 2017) veröffentlicht die Band 2019 ihr erstes selbst produziertes Album „The Edge of the End“. Die Bewertungen sind äußerst positiv. Tigerleech machte sich auf, sie in ganz Frankreich zu verteidigen. 2020 werden alle geplanten Termine gestoppt; In der Zwischenzeit arbeitet die Band an neuen Kompositionen.
Im Februar 2021 nahmen Tigerleech ihr zweites Album „Melancholy Bridge“ auf. Dieses Album ist düsterer, langsamer, intensiver, aber nicht weniger melodisch. Die Band behauptet und verfeinert ihren Stil, gewinnt an Reife und Meisterschaft. Das Album war beim Label MetO Music unter Vertrag und wurde 2021 veröffentlicht. Die Band macht sich 2022 auf den Weg, um das Album zu promoten (Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lyon, Hellfest Off Festival, Napalm Festival, Vorband für Ecstatic Vision in Paris, …).
Nach einem zweiten Gitarristen und der Arbeit an neuen Kompositionen wird die Band Anfang 2025 ihr drittes Album „Bicephalous“ auf dem Label Octopus Rising veröffentlichen.
Paris based stoner outfit Tigerleech announce their signing to Argonauta Records (un)parallel label Octopus Rising.
Formed in 2013, Tigerleech oscillates between stoner, hard-core and sludge style. The band produces powerful, brutal and uncompromising music. A big, fat, supercharged sound.
After 2 eps (2014, 2017), the band releases its first self-produced album „The Edge of the End“ in 2019. The reviews are ultra positive. Tigerleech set off to defend it throughout France. 2020 puts a stop to all planned dates; in the meantime the band is working on new compositions.
Tigerleech recorded their second album „Melancholy Bridge“ in February 2021. This album is darker, slower, more intense but no less melodic. The band asserts and refines its style, acquiring greater maturity and mastery.
Signed to the MetO Music label, the album was released in 2021. The band hits the road to support the album in 2022 (Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lyon, Hellfest Off Festival, Napalm Festival, opening for Ecstatic Vision in Paris, …).
After adding a second guitarist and working on new compositions, the band will release its third album “Bicephalous” in early 2025 on the Octopus Rising label.
